Van Andel Arena

Van Andel Arena is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They celebrated their 20th anniversary and I created the word mark and the graphics and tactics for the celebration. The color blocks used in the graphics is a representation of the venue and seating arrangements - the graphic a person sees when selecting a seat during the ticket-buying process. This was a colorful solution that provided a wide variety of usage across numerous pieces. During the 20th anniversary rollout, they were also in need of a logo refresh, and in conjunction, the Kent County Convention Authority (Van Andel Arena is part of) also had a complete redesign.
